The spacious main cottage sits above lake level, facing south. From the deck and behind the sliding glass doors of the living room, guests enjoy a broad view of Great Pond and Hoyt's island. The living room has comfortable modern seating and a round table that works well for playing games or doing jigsaw puzzles. There are two bedrooms (one with a king size bed, the other with twin beds); a bathroom with shower; a small kitchen; and, up a circular stairway, a loft that sleeps three.

To the east, right next to the lake, lies a remodeled one-room guest cottage. It has a queen size bed, a sitting area, a bathroom with shower, and an open porch overlooking the lake. A third small cottage sits behind the main cottage. It has a bedroom with two twin beds, a sitting room with a pullout couch, and a bathroom with shower. At the dock, you'll find a canoe and a kayak.
