A minimum stay of one week is requested with arrival and departure on Saturday.
Rates are all-inclusive per-person, per-cottage.

All Rates Include:
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Lakeside Cottage with Dock
Daily Housekeeping
Use of Tennis Courts and Canoes

Weekly rates (per person)
Adults (18+)	$1,100
Children ages 13 - 17	$735
Children ages 3 - 12	$500
Children under 3	$105

7% Maine Sales Tax and Gratuities not included

Check In : Saturday after 3:00 PM
Check Out: Saturday by 10:00 AM

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A check or money order for $750 per cottage per week must be received within 10 days of booking any reservation. (Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards). This deposit will be credited to your final bill. If a cancellation is made prior to April 1st, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. After April 1st no refund will be made. In both instances, if the cottage is rebooked full deposits will be returned, less a $50.00 handling fee. No refund will be made if cancellation occurs after June 1st. No reductions will be made for meals not taken or for any unused portion of reserved time.

Payment
Final payment must be made before leaving the island. We accept checks, cash, or money order.
